WHAT IS HOMEOPATHY?

What is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a centuries-old art of restoring vital health. Rooted in the idea that the body’s vital force has the knowledge to heal itself, homeopathy views symptoms as an expression of the body’s attempt to overcome trauma or disease. It values the information the symptoms provide as to the nature of whatever disturbance has occurred in the vital force. Most important to the homeopathic approach is the view that our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual experiences are not separate components, and therefore should not be isolated in the healing process. In homeopathy, we do not treat the disease, we treat the individual.

Where do Homeopathic remedies come from?
Homeopathic remedies come from plants, minerals, animals, elements, and in certain instances, disease tissue. These substances are prepared in tincture form, then sequentially diluted and potentised, resulting in minute doses. Homeopathic remedies are an extraction of the energy of the original material, which then works on an energetic level to engage the vital force and restore harmony and optimial health.
